The minimum demographic requirements for 5 & Diner
site selection:
~ 6,000 day time population within a 2 mile radius of the site.
~ 100,000 night time and weekend population within a 3 mile radius of the site.
~ Household income should be $50,000 plus.
~ Great visibility on a busy road.
The 5 & Diner of North America, LLC is looking for qualified individuals to develop 5 & Diner restaurants throughout the United States.

Minimum cash investment of $250,000 per Diner is required.
The total capital requirements for a freestanding 5 & Diner with equipment may exceed $900,000. The capital requirements for an
inline may exceed $500,000.
